Created in March of 1977, the Troup County Airport Authority (TCAA) consists of 12 members. Troup County appoints 4 members, the City of Hogansville 2, the City of West Point 2, and the City of LaGrange appoints 4. Each member must be a resident of Troup County and serves a 5 year term. TCAA meets the third Monday of each month in the main terminal building located at 200 Airport Parkway, LaGrange, GA, at 12 noon.
